If I picked the 150 box am I guaranteed a Shadows booster box? Thats what I'm mainly interested in.

TheCrimsonWolfNo, it's a grab bag, you're guaranteed a booster box but there is no additional information on what single set or sets the boxes will be from. Some of us in previous comments have guessed as to the pool of sets that they might chose from, but it's purely conjecture.
