So, Massdrop you've got some very dissatisfied customers on your hands. What happens now?

JboothThey should offer some kind of solution as they have failed in pretty much every way on this drop.
1. Terribly delayed communication. (Started out well enough.)
2. Completely overhyped the crate. ( It seemed fun and random but pretty much everyone is getting the same thing. Anyone at $150.00 value get anything besides an OGW yet?)
3. There has yet to be any dual decks, commander decks, playmats, SOI or any of the other things they showed on the picture. Not to mention all the POP figures have been the exact same.
4. They mentioned prizes but have not publicly announced it. Who really knows if anyone got those items. I don't care that I didn't win as chances were minimal but we need to know that someone actually one and they weren't just tricking us (Basically the whole product feels shady like they tricked everyone into buying it.)
