I'd be sold on the Nichia 219 model if the low mode were 1 Lumen or less instead of 3. As it is, I prefer the four modes of my L3 Illumination L10 which lets me easily walk through a room with sleeping people. Plus, it's too bad the driver used here seems so inefficient http://budgetlightforum.com/node/52330. It would be good to get a driver with PWM control instead of just current control.
