Just received my package to find out they sent me the wrong light! I ordered the Nichia and they sent me the Cree!

EthanWisnieThey just sent me replacements - still got Cree. It looks like the bags got mislabeled. It appears -1 should be Nichia and -2 should be Cree, but the Cree units got stuffed into packages with the -1 SKU.
Sent photos of the package including the barcode, instructions, and packing slip to the support contact I've been dealing with. Hopefully they get things fixed quickly.

lexmak13They ended up giving me a refund but I don't have to return the lights. Probably could have held out for the Nichia LED one but didn't feel like battling things. If the entire batch got mislabeled it could have taken a while. Since this has happened to multiple people this appears to be the case.
Have you had any luck with the support team? My experience was typically a day or less between responses, but the initial response did mention there was a backlog and the team they switched me to only worked M-F.

lexmak13Took about 27 hours for the initial response - I sent the email around 9:30 in the morning and got a reply around 5:30PM the next day. After that it was typically less than a day for each back and forth, excluding weekends/holidays.
