The reason why I gave it a 3 out of 5 stars is because I only had the flashlight for 3 months and it suddenly stopped working I had to take the flashlight apart and put it back together several times to get it working again and it also wouldn't turn on at times when you needed it the most, another reason why I have it 3 stars is because the carry clip on the flashlight has lost all of its "Brass/Gold" plating and now it just has a stainless steel, this would be a con for some people but I like the wear and tare on my EDC items.
The pros to the flashlight is that the size of the flashlight is create for everyday use and it's output (when it works) is more than plenty for the everyday tasks, another pro is that the clip can be reversed so that you can place it on the brim of your cap when you might be working your car or anything else that your hand freed.
EDIT:
After my original review on this flashlight I lost the flashlight several times because of the clip, I found that the flared end and quite shallow clip causes you to catch on stuff and is easily lost because of this. The only improvements that I would have for this Flashlight is have a deep carry clip, improved internals or at least some form of shock absorption, Otherwise a well built flashlight.
