Update - The switch stopped working. I had to smack it on my palm several times to turn it on. Once on, it stays on and cannot be turned off unless the battery is removed. It cannot switch modes. It's pretty, but unreliable.
Update 2: I contacted support to see if I can get a replacement part. They said no. It’s out of warranty and there is no support for it. They recommended I buy a new one. So, this flashlight is meant to be disposable. If after a year it breaks, throw it away and buy something more reliable.
