Sennheiser PC37X randomly goes bad after disconnecting the cable ?
Greetings, Yesterday I was using my headset like normal with my macbook, just listening to music and on a call with people like usual, and the headset was perfectly fine. Seriously, save your money and buy the real thing or go for some Grados. The HD6xx is flat (no depth), dull (misrepresented highs and lows), and do not provide the quality of reference that you need.
For me it's my first Sennheiser product and after watching many reviews from reputable people I made a choice to join the drop. I will pass judgement when they arrive and after 6 months of use.
Also, i need the performance measurements to be corroborated. I’m not new to audio. I trust no one single source of literature.
TBH I'd probably start by testing another pair first to rule that out otherwise additional tests will be for naught. Good luck!
