December 3: Drop says that @AKRacingSupport services this model. Contact the email address given.
December 5: AKRacing says request received.
December 9: AKRacing says Drop has the seat, and only Drop has the seat, and they can't do anything.
I reply to both support services. I'm not doing this runaround thing. One of you is going to fix or replace this chair.
December 16: No answer from either support desk. Send followup.
December 30: No answer from either support desk. Send followup.
January 10: No answer from either support desk. Post here.
Still waiting, guys. I do not want to continue escalating this, but I will. I just want my chair fixed or replaced. My back hurts.
