Does anyone have experiences with this tent using large sized Thermarest sleeping pads (x-lite when I upgrade, prol-lite plus at the moment)? I'm around 190-192cm tall and super keen to invest in this tent. Seeing some mixed messages in the commens regarding whether I'll fit in this.

tehchimA large pad fits in the tent fine. For a tall user, it depends on lot on what your expectations are (hence the mixed messages). Some 193cm users are quite happy with it like this but other think it's only good for folks to 180cm. For laying down, someone that is 193cm and sleeping totally straight is going to push the mesh at the ends but the mesh is a safe distance from the fly (15 - 20cm gap) so it's unlikely you'd contact the fly. If you side sleep a bit curled up then no worries at all. For sitting up, you're going to brush the mesh with your head but many wouldn't find this to be a big deal. Basically, if you're going to be unhappy if you brush the mesh then it won't be a good tent for you, but it is a lot more spacious that many other tents in this weight class and certainly can work for tall people with the right expectations.

dandurstonThanks for the detailed response! I'm largely a side sleeper and can go into this with minimal expectations. I've always slept in an Hubba Hubba NX so naturally there'll be comfort tradeoffs, but I'm psyched to try an UL tent.
