My main issue is with the button lock, much like everyone else. Not only does it break easily, but when it does work, it is super grainy when you depress it. It has a horrible tactile feel to it, much like dragging your nails across a chalkboard. I'm sure it is due to the poor tolerances between the g10/liners and the button itself, causing the button to scrape alongside the unfinished edge of the liners. This is purely a design error and not a one-off lemon that no amount of cleaning and lube is going to fix. The handle is full of hot spots and is overly thick and the pocket clip makes the blade ride too high in the pocket. The purely decorative thumb studs also irk me. The one thing it has going for it is the smoothness of the blade action, not the button lock itself. When I approached Massdrop support about my issues, I was given a hard time when normally Massdrop support is very understanding and straightforward to work with. Update: Just got denied a refund on the blade!

amycsHi Amy! Thank you for taking the time to try and resolve this issue. My last exchange with customer service had left a bitter taste in my mouth and put me off Massdrop for good. Your willingness to help has made me a customer again. Unfortunately, however, I have already sold the knife to a friend. Thanks again, Amy.
