Caveat Emptor, I get it. But seriously, how can FF have the American Flag in pictures, and go on the marketing pitch of "we're just two guys living the dream and fabricating stuff in our local workshop," and then MAKE THE BODY IN CHINA? Really hypocritical, and it's gonna be hard to order another item from them.

ClickFlipsReally? The blade is stamped USA because it is made in the USA. That the body would be made by WE in China was clear from the start. The blade is replaceable. I'm sure you can find a #11 hobby blade made in China if it makes you feel better. Make America Think Again.

ClickFlipsThey designed it to be compatible with #11 hobby blades, and they were careful to choose a good brand of those blades to design it with.
There are dozens of companies making those blades, the one they thought was most consistent and good is the one that they are recommending.
No one misrepresented anything, it's a disposable hobby knife holder that is being sold, if you don't know what that is then please go do some homework before criticizing them over your own misperception.
WE Knife Co. doing the manufacturing is actually a selling point, if you think a tiny shop that makes $600+ customs all day is going to stop work to personally manufacture a couple thousand $40 box cutters you're delusional.
There are plenty of potential manufacturing partners who can't compete with what WE produces, and few who can equal them. That's globally, not just in China.
