I work in medicine and have a couple of these combined for my EDC bag. I use a couple of micro zip ties to assure things stay in place. I have 2 large configured back to back and several small/medium linked around. Light and super organized.
X-Large pouch holds my sketchbook, Kindle, a 7x10 notebook, and water bottle. Medium pocket on the outside for earbuds and sometimes phone. Small pocket on the strap is for pencils/pens and is easy to remove and toss into another bag when needed. Great for minimalist EDC.
I wear mine almost daily. I keep my wallet and flash drive in the small center zip pocket and I keep the rest of my EDC (keys, knife, phone charger, flashlight, chapstick, comb, mask, zippo, whatever else I need) in the small packet, both hooked to the strap and worn cross-body under my jacket. It's extremely comfortable to wear, even when sitting at my desk at work, and convenient as I prefer not to keep too much in my pockets (only my phone).
Smallest packet holds all my mini/emergency/backup/less commonly used tools (earplugs, spare charger, mini phone cable, button compass, ferro-rod, etc) and is easy to transfer between bags (sometimes even carried in the pouch). Middle packet fits a phone and can attach to backpack shoulder straps, although I don't use it much because the center-opening is annoying. Haven't really used the largest packet, other than holding my pants pocket stuff in a pinch as a quick sling. Pouch (M) is probably the most useful, just discovered the idea of chest-carry when hiking (alternative to hip-belt pockets, clipped to sternum strap) and it was great on a short summit hike.
I have the pockets. I use the mid-sized one to carry cables/earplugs/headphones while flying and use the larger one to carry some toiletries. The smallest one I don't use too much.
What are you looking for? The pockets are awesome for cross-chest carry, the packets are better suited for sling-carry. They are definitely stylish, but not in an in your face kinda way. I carry a briefcase to work each day, and if I have additional stuff, I’ll quickly grab my medium pocket - which is attached to the front of my medium or large pouch - and I’m off! Though I highly HIGHLY recommend the strap, I will say that the pouches also have great handles. Originally I ordered one, but I was so impressed with the quality and utility I turned right around and bought the rest of the set! Only need one strap though! haha
