hook83201Did you read the stickied post? They're going as fast as they can considering the circumstances. Have a little empathy and stop being so selfish.
DerkTheSecondwhen i buy something and im told at that time that the item is in stock and ships next day, id expect them to be shipped the next day, not 2 weeks later and still not instock.

KevinIt was on the listing page it self when i bought them. I bought them on the 27th because it said they shipped on the 28TH I even paid for the next day shipping. It wasnt untill a week later when i contacted CS to find out where my shipment was that i found out there was a delay. Why was there no email from Drop that explains any issues/delays? Nowhere on the site does it point out/mention that there is delays. I only found it when i came to the discussion tab to complain and find out about a refund. Im no website designer but im sure its not hard to add a flashing bar on the main page informing people. Still, even right now if you go to the page and hit the buy button it says the item is in stock. We all know thats not correct. It wasnt then and it isnt now. Litterly every other company i have ever used and had an issue with shipping, they would email me directly and inform me of the issue. Most if not all would offer a refund option, partial credit, discount code, or something to make it right. You have our emails. Why are you not sending out direct emails to the buys informing them of whats up? As it is now the only way they would know if if they happed apron this thread. As a first time buyer on drop, i feel like i have been mislead as to when i would receive my items. Add the fact you still have not made it a point to point out and issues with shipping on the main page or any page for that matter besides this thread leads me to believe that your trying to hide it. That being said I feel that i can not trust your shipping ablitys so how can i trust the quality of the items your selling. You say these are great headphone but you said you could ship them as well... I dont see me using this site again unless it for something i dont care when it arrives. Then again i have wish.com for that.

unhappyCustomer4656On the product description page, where it discusses all of the details about your order, we have an estimated ship date, and that date has been quoted as 5 (and sometimes more) business days since mid April. (I've explained above the reason why this ended up slipping, for this specific product, meanwhile the vast majority of other products are in that ~5 day range). Just because something is in stock, doesn't mean it will ship out the next day- just like Amazon has tons of things in their warehouses that they're holding for weeks before shipping them. I wish I could promise you that we can meet your expectations but I know we can't. We're having a very hard time dealing with Covid here, and you've made it clear that you have no patience for our problems, so I politely suggest that you cancel your order given that you don't trust us.
