Received mine (ordered 2) and neither work... future shoppers these look cool but unfortunately seem to be complete junk.

HMFICYou have to take two small plastic pieces out. One is inside the battery compartment. Small black disc. Once you do that it will work. Battery compartment is reverse threaded, so righty-loosey.

HMFICThere are *two* different plastic pieces in each flashlight. It sounds from your comment like you only took 1 piece of plastic out of each. Find the other one in the battery compartment. You have to physically remove the little 10180 Li battery.
