Janky software

It's a macro pad so the adding macros to this function i.e. software should be well developed, but it's not. It is unfortunately collecting dust on my shelf.

Lasted Less Than A Year

In many ways a clever little device, albeit with janky software as others have mentioned. But the silly thing lasted about 11 months before crapping out. To me, that's just not worth any amount of money.

High Quality Hardware But...

As mentioned by others, great hardware but awful software. However, you can use other options and even code the macro pad to be compatible with better software! After some trial and error, I was able to get this macropad to work with SignalRGB . So now it works beautifully with all of my RGB keyboard, mousepad, etc!

High quality hardware, absolutely horrible software

Super high quality. Feels solid, feels good. Switches are interchangeable and upgradable. The usb connection works on both top and bottom. But…There is no support for the unit at all. I was able to get it to work with viaapp online. But had to modify a json file to clear an error. The description says compatible with Via… that’s a stretch. I have not been able to figure out how to start applications with the macropad. you should be at least a bit techno savvy if you buy this.

Careful taking out the switches!

Taking the switches out was scary! Thought I made a mistake and it wasn't hotswap, but it is, it just takes a LOT of force! Also, the VIA programming isn't plug and play. You need to download the config file and upload it to VIA before you can edit the keys, which is a shame. Otherwise, the build quality is nice and the unit has some decent heft to it. For the price, though, I would expect it to have easier VIA support...
