Anyone have experience with Seiko mecha-quartz movements? How is the reliability and battery life time?
I have Swiss chronograph with Ronda movement that I think is also mecha-quatz and it's still ticking 4 years on original battery.

It's not Grand Seiko quality.... but this is simply the company that put the time to develop mecha-quartz (instant stop).
This is one of the best mecha-quartz movements on the market. Very solid movement here.
