So apparently, despite the fact we're nearing two months since this item was "purchased", we are not only NO CLOSER to a delivery of this product, we also are not allowed to be refunded, or given a credit by massdrop. This is utterly ridiculous and terrible customer service by massdrop. I previously enjoyed my experience ordering thru massdrop, but feel unless they rectify this situation, I will be boycotting, informing my playgroups, and social media to do the same. Utterly disastrous how we have been treated as paying customers.
