Ti cash can is $110? This is more than a Ti nail or shot glass, or anything else Ti I've been looking at recently.
atdcThat Ti spindle, it is a bit of a challenge!

andyThe size and costing of material seemed disproportionate for cost of the product, but Sunshine replied explaining the spindle was tricky to manufacture. I'm certainly in the lower 65%. I still spend silly money on silly things. This is just a thing I have no use for. :)
I might pick up a cheaper one to test it out and see if I /need/ one [which MD inspires me to do all the time], but I hate things on my keyring.
atdcIt doesn't matter what I make, there is always someone who will ask for it in Titanium. Not only desirable because of the light weight, there is a certain aura and mystique about Titanium. I don't do production runs of Ti products, so the price is usually quite high because of the setup costs and special tooling involved. Surprisingly, the Mini Ti Cash-Can has been very popular, and as pointed out in the product write-up, will last virtually forever.
The Mini Brass version is of course popular as well, more so because of the lower price tag. Lightweight and unobtrusive on your keys, you'll never know it's there until you need it. I've had many customers relate their stories as to how their "Emergency Stash" saved the day!
