Can somebody in the know please confirm that I would receive all the keycaps shown in the picture?
Also, I want to get Matias Quiet Click switches and use them with LEDs, but I have only found mixed info about this. Can I use regular diodes just like those for MX switches, or would I have to solder SMD LEDs?

ma55LightCycle kits include every cap in the picture regardless of what plate layout you pick.
The only way to use LEDs with Matias caps is to solder the LED to the underside of the board. Then you can bend the legs of the LED around so that the LED is shining through the hole in the PCB in the center of where the switch goes, and the LED will shine through the Matias switch housing from the bottom.

shadowdude777Ah, that makes sense. So I am not limited to SMD LEDs, I use regular ones and bend the legs. Simple idea, and way easier than the SMD solution I found on reddit. Thanks for the help.

ma55Yeah, I did this with a Matias Planck that I built once. It was very easy to do and you don't have to deal with SMD parts, you can continue to use through-hole components. I would assume that this also works with this board. The only thing that I could see being an issue is not having enough clearance between the underside of the PCB and the inside surface of the case maybe? But I don't foresee that causing any issues, I assume there's more than enough room.

shadowdude777I'd think that it would make sense to install the LED first, then the switch on top. Would you agree? On the other hand, if I installed the switch first I could be sure to not push the LED through the hole too much. How did you do it?

ma55I did the switches first, because as you said, then you can angle the LEDs just so that they're exactly flush with the under-surface of the Matias housing.

shadowdude777What are the specs on the LED's that I should buy? And do you guys have any recommendations?
