Most graphics cards (up to and including the Titan) will only output a maximum resolution of 1920x1080 through the HDMI port. Here is a proper HDMI to DVI-D (DUAL LINK being the important part here) adapter, though: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16812200551
