I eventually got my order number from them but she said i had to contact massdrop... what is massdrops contact details... anyone?<br /><br /><br />CS - Beverly E: Hi Daniel! That is because the refund and return information gets issued to them in which they have to provide to you.<br /><br />CS - Beverly E: One moment please.<br /><br />CS - Beverly E: The order number I located was ---------- placed on 7/30/2013 however you would need to provide that to Massdrop in order to contact us about setting up the return.
