I received a tracking number a few days ago, but the number still isn't returning anything on UPS's tracking site. Should I be concerned?
EDIT: The site says it was shipped through UPS and links to their site, but a Google search for my tracking number revealed that it is actually being shipped through FedEx. Leaving this here for anyone else who might be having the same issue.

Hello Nelson,
I am rather excited to receive this bundle, but unfortunately there was an error in the payment and I was never notified. It just stated "Shipped" on the transaction, but I didn't notice that under "Payment" it had an error until yesterday. I've tried emailing support twice since then with no response. Is there a better way to get in contact so I can get this resolved? Or can I at least get a reply to the email so I know something is being done?
If this doesn't work I suppose I'll try messaging on the Facebook page or Twitter; however, communicating a purchasing problem on a social media platform seems a bit crass. Anyways, I hope you see this because I appreciate this service.
