My headlamp died after about half a year, didn't really get to use it because of the pandemic. The battery had dark spots on it and was dead, and the light wouldn't turn on with any of my other 18650 batteries. I reached out to Drop and they told me it comes with a warranty and that Nitecore will handle it. Nitecore customer support referred me to Longhorn Tactical in Texas, which is apparently where Drop got the headlamps from. They asked me to send it to them and after a couple of weeks I received it back in the mail, fully functional and with a brand new battery. Great support from Drop, Nitecore, and Longhorn Tactical. Very happy to have the light back.
