Howdy Everyone!
I wanted to address some "concerns" that user Llewellyn00 is expressing. What he is claiming is not reality here on Massdrop. Speaking for this drop specifically Massdrop has a very good relationship with Nixeus and they are a stand up company holding the available inventory for this drop. Within 7 days of the drop ending the products will ship out to those who have joined this drop.
Do not listen to Llewellyn00 as this person is a troll and has no proof of their claims as they have not made any purchases on Massdrop.

Tex-ArozziI would like to comment on your approach to this, because you set a horrible example being any kind of manager. I am a real customer, and I have made purchases on massdrop, they are on my friends account, I didn't even know what massdrop was when I bought my gpu, and made my account shortly after the purchase. I was actually interested to see if when someone finally responded to me, they looked through the purchase history on my account and started accusing me of lying. And you did. You didn't first inquire more on purchases I've made, or what my issues might have been to cause my comments, you immediately became defensive and started calling me a troll/liar and that what I had to say was not valid, in just trying to understand your method of dealing with customers as a manager, and I cannot, that's quite unprofessional. Just to let you know if you had responded to me in a nice way, and tried to understand my issue and work with me if possible. Even sent me a private email to do so. I would have really appreciated that and that would have given me some respect for massdrop maybe even enough to alter my opinion.

In that case, please allow me to extend my sincere apology to you sir. I made an incorrect accusation towards you and I am sorry. I am not to proud to admit when I am wrong and in this case I must be. If there is anything I can ever do to assist you in anyway please tag me in the post (@B.Hutch) and I will respond.
There are many trolls on Massdrop and from the outside looking in it appeared that is what you were trying to do. Please know that if you had a bad experience I sure am sorry about that. However its not the norm. I am sure if you will give Massdrop another shot you will be happy with your experience.
