We haven't heard of any inventory issues or other members with the same issue, so I think it's an isolated packing error, but thanks for alerting us and I'm sorry for the inconvenience.

We don't normally get any updates about shipping information on weekends.
UPS International can be quite slow to certain parts of the world, and they don't offer online updates about status or location for tracking numbers while parcels are in transit.
As the package shipped on 12/15, I suspect it's still in transit. You may get better info by calling UPS, but usually not. Please let me know if you don't have it by Monday 1/19 so I can follow up.
