I received my order today but it was missing the Konrad. It was listed on the packing slip though. Are these being shipped out later.

rudedawgHi @rudedawg -- I will flag this for Customer Support and look into it further. You can expect to hear from them directly, but we can't always get info immediately this time of year.
We haven't heard of any inventory issues or other members with the same issue, so I think it's an isolated packing error, but thanks for alerting us and I'm sorry for the inconvenience.

JonasHeinemanI understand how busy you are. Thank you for the reply. I did open a case with customer support. I just wanted to put this out there in case someone else had the same issue. I was excited and a little surprised to get it before the holidays. Thank you for the help.

We don't normally get any updates about shipping information on weekends.
UPS International can be quite slow to certain parts of the world, and they don't offer online updates about status or location for tracking numbers while parcels are in transit.
As the package shipped on 12/15, I suspect it's still in transit. You may get better info by calling UPS, but usually not. Please let me know if you don't have it by Monday 1/19 so I can follow up.
