Quick update for the group. It looks like the replacement shipment that was sent by the vendor for the damaged orders included a handful of 3 oz polar black skus. If you received 3 oz instead of 4.5 oz please reach out to our support staff by navigating to your transaction page and click contact support next to this order. Please provide pictures of the incorrect order to speed up the correction process.
Currently we are offering the following options.
1. Keep the polar black as is and receive a $10 partial refund.
2. Send back the 3 oz ink and we will work on getting this corrected for you.
