I picked one up on the original Kickstarter. The app at the time was completely unusable and never connected to the watch consistently. This made the watch a paperweight since adjusting the time is only available in app. Has anyone tested the app since?

raymondstantzI have not had any issue syncing or adjusting the watch since the very beginning. Even with the old app (Android) it was working fine. They have an updated app (Android) now so you may want to try it. The watch is of great quality. The only thing hindering it is the app but they say they are working on it.

wooxerHow is the battery life? It must be pretty annoying having to replace the battery every 8 months in smartwatch mode. And quite expensive too.

WhichwaydidheGoIf I recall correctly I got in fairly early and pricing was similar to what Massdrop is doing now.

raymondstantzWait wait wait... this watch has a crown. You can ONLY set the time from the app? That sounds *worse* than a dumb watch.

DermottYes. You can set the time from the app only. The price on Kickstarter was $99 for the early bird and $119 for the next tier. I really like mine and hopefully they will improve on the app. It's not as flawless and trouble-free as it should be.
