whats the time accuracy like, and the build quality?

ManseyesOrient is well-regarded as having some of the absolute best bang-for-your-buck automatics for this price range. I personally have a Mako USA and it keeps time about as well as any automatic out there. Orient also doesn't disappoint with build quality. Someone who has had this particular model might be able to give you better insight but past experience with Orient is enough for me to jump in on this watch.

Manseyesalmost all orients I've had are about 3-5 seconds per 24 hours off (give or take, I didn't observe with scientific precision). Don't forget that this is an automatic watch and will never be as accurate as say a Quartz watch.

AltruismThis is true for almost all mechanical watches, not just Orient. I have a number of Orients and find they are an excellent product for the money. Seiko has a controlling interest in Orient as well, not sure how involved they are in their quality control though.

ManseyesThe build quality and overall fit and finish is quite good for a watch at this price - a lot of bang for buck. The flanks and lug hoods are brushed and the bezel is polished. This makes a lot of sense for a watch like this. The strap is actually one of the hidden highlights of this watch because it's sculpted to fill the lugs and it's structured to flow from caseback to strap. This means that it's very comfortable to wear. The tang is also big and beefy. Edit: I was mistaken! This watch does not hand wind. It is automatic winding only.
Orient rates this movement at +25~-15s/day. I would say a more typical range would be around +/- 10 s/day. If you get an accuracy that is off by less than 5 seconds per day, that's within or approaching COSC standards for a chronometer. That would be extraordinary for a watch at this price point.
