While our fashion items are final sale, we are willing to provide a one-off courtesy this time for those who have ordered the wrong size by offering the option to exchange your belt (provided it is in pristine condition) for a different size if you e-mail support@massdrop.com by May 12th.
You will be responsible for shipping it back to us and we will send over a replacement of the right size. Please note that while we will work our best to get a replacement sent as soon as possible, the wait may be in excess of 4 weeks.
