Quick update for the group. 8 boxes for this order arrived late afternoon today from Pilot, and our warehouse staff were able to prepare them for individual orders right away. By the end of the day, we managed to get some of the orders from this drop shipped out.
Our warehouse guys will be back at it first thing tomorrow. And we should be able to get the rest prepared and ship out by end of the day.
Thanks for your patience and expect an update from us on 1/16 or sooner.

MichaelDing313Well good to know I'm not the only one. This is my first and probably my last drop. Saving $2 per pen is not worth the extra 45 days it takes to even ship.
