ArtSJCI just checked out the tips available, and it only comes in Medium. Here is a blog post on how to swap out to a fine nib: http://www.larrydmarshall.com/how-to-get-a-fine-nib-pilot-metropolitan/. People are saying it's cost prohibitive since you should just buy a fine point FP, but if you really like the Metropolitan body, there is your solution.

ArtSJCIt is a Japanese Medium so it is like a Pelikan Fine.
