Another update for the group. Unfortunately even though I did the follow-ups as promised 100% of the orders didn't go out as requested (a few did make it). I have just followed up again and reiterated the importance of this order shipping immediately and will do so again tomorrow.
There isn't a lot more I can say at this moment other than I will 100% be following-up on this tomorrow and am working on getting those of you with outstanding orders taken care of ASAP.
