I'm undecided on these but leaning towards no. I'd prefer options for CR-39 lenses (the lower weight makes up for the tiny optical quality trade off) and different colored lens options (green).

DeviltoothCheck out American Optics - they were the original company to make these for the U.S. Government and still offer more options (and if you like a popular configuration, you can often purchase them through Amazon for ~ $50):

Deviltooth@Deviltooth you can get Polycarbonate, or Nylon lenses from Randolph. Much Higher Impact Resistant to CR-39, just as light weight. Also check out Randolph's AGX lens or there new Jade Metallic lens for the green color.
