The chair overall is what you would expect for the price, a nice, well cushioned chair that SHOULD last for a while. However, the side panel for the chair that is supposed to cover the screws has damaged plastic and thus does not stick onto the chair properly, dangling and looking extremely ugly. Also, the main part that you sit on squeaks every time I sit on it with little to no force, another sign of low quality. While great now, I'm unsure of its longevity. I would increase my rating if I received a replacement for the side panel at the minimum, and a less squeaky part too.
