Came with a rip. No customer support from Massdrop and no support from Ferrino, despite multiple emails. The chair is uncomfortable, pushing my shoulders forwards. The arm rests don't slide back far enough. The chair doesn't lower enough. Terribly disappointed.

VidrakFerrino recently sent me a replacement chair. No need to charge back. It's been a mixed experience at best, with both Massdrop and Ferrino, but in the end, they made it right.

MickifreeAlso I withdrew the credit card dispute. Like I said, Massdrop and Ferrino resolved this in a satisfactory way.
