I just received my deck boxes today and they are awesome, the coating and texture on them are pretty cool. However, when I inspected them very closely, one of them had some quality control issue. There was a bad weld on the top flap connecting the lid to the box itself that was bent leaving a gap on both sides. I'm not sure how I would to go about an exchange?

We try to inspect every box we ship out, but sometimes we can miss something... :(. Which, really annoys me.. I only want to send out good product!
