I know a lot of people might not want to hear this, but this product is of very low quality. Yes, massdrop got a much lower price on it, but underneath the appealing presentation is a storm of driver, configuration, and functionality issues. Both the faulty drivers and the problem of half its buttons not having a function make for a lot of frustration. The drivers were barely functional on Win7, and I doubt this will work well with 8. To get this to work at all, be prepared to modify the physical device with new parts and alter obscure settings in buried configuration files. I do not recommend this product for $150, you might find that a $50 run of the mill joystick will work just the same.
