An update for group members that haven’t received tracking info for their orders. Our vendor has just let us know that due to a communication error between them and their warehouse, the full shipment of briefcases didn’t arrive at our warehouse as expected. Due to additional issues, they also found that the outstanding units were not shipped as a result of an inventory error and they will be unable to replenish their stock.
We have been in close contact with them for the last few days trying to find a comparable alternative for affected members; however, we have been unable to find something similar to the briefcase offered for this drop.
Due to the vendor being unable to either replenish inventory or offer a suitable alternative, we will unfortunately have to cancel outstanding orders and issue full refunds. Refunds will be applied to the payment method initially used within 1-3 business days.
