It would've been nice if you guys offer some type of warranty extension plan. Honestly, this thing clearly looks too fragile, and most likely wont last past a whole week's worth of use.

We have not had any customer service opportunities with this device and many great reviews from members of the community. You can find them here. One member even reports using it for a 10 hour period for hours at a time with no problems at all.
