el._.cidThese appear to be "k" Seikos. From what I've seen, Seiko usually (if not always) notes Japan on the dial when a watch is a "j" version. I will say though that I have yet to get a "j" and I'm perfectly pleased with the quality and reliability of my "k" Seikos. This appears to be quite a sharp one. Good choice by the community.
