We've continued to coordinate with the vendor and our warehouse team regarding transit of the group's order and were informed that increased processing time at customs kept the shipment from arriving on the anticipated date. The necessary documents were provided right away and the shipment is now back en route to our warehouse in New Jersey.
Tracking information hasn't updated yet to reflect the new estimated arrival, but we will make sure to monitor the situation closely and update the group again as soon as the shipment arrives and we're able to turn everything around to you.
