This seems like a stupid question, but the small dials aren't functioning I suppose?

Samuel69My small seconds timer works but does not reset back to 60secs (top of the dial) when you reset it. On a normal watch pressing stop and then resetting takes it back to zero (60 secs) not 4 seconds as per the way this one works. Something off here.
