if I buy two do I have to pay the shipping (to canada) twice?

No, they will ship together. You just need to select your first color and then click the Add another order button. This will allow you to add different colors. Hope that helps!

SandyLucasI did what you said, added two more orders, chose PayPal, and it said it would charge 37.50 shipping (at the current exchange rate that's a deal breaker) Is this happening because I chose PayPal?

canadiancrafterNo, it's not because Paypal. I just looked into this and it's because the rates are based on weight. As you add on more weight the rate goes up and because the books are heavy the weight is adding up quickly. The rate is discounted slightly by a few dollars when you add to the same order instead of placing three separate orders.
