Just a warning to anyone who does actual labor all day every day: these kinds of belts don't hold up that well.
It's great for a fashion accessory or someone not moving around a ton. but bonded leather belts always fail. You'll be lucky to get a year out of it if you're really moving around at your job. I really want to get another one, but I just can't justify the cost for something I know is a disposable product for me. If someone could find a way to make this mechanism work without resorting to cheap bonded leather I'd be so very happy.
