An update for the group, we spoke to our customs broker earlier today and were notified that the order is still awaiting clearance at customs. We had our broker and vendor make sure that all the paperwork was in order and it looks like customs is just running a bit slower than usual.
Admittedly neither our broker nor customs could provide us a clear release date for the shipment. We will remain in close contact with our broker and update the group with an ETA as soon as the order is released.
We understand that the extra wait time is both frustrating and undesirable. Group members who no longer want to wait for the order can contact us at https://www.massdrop.com/support and our customer support will be happy to cancel your order and process a full refund.
Thanks for your patience and expect an update from us on 10/17 or sooner if something comes up.

egoonI am in the US, so shipping isn't so bad here. Massdrop most always has the orders shipped from the vendor to their warehouse as far as I know... then they break up the bulk shipment and send it out to the customers. I assume this is because they are buying wholesale, so the vendors typically are either not set up to ship individually or Massdrop can save a lot on shipping by paying for the bulk shipment and then sending out the individual orders themselves. Maybe that does mean high shipping costs for non-US customers when the product is also coming from a non-US vendor?
