So lemme get this straight... this is a cutting board with a crack for food juices and bits, and the crack leads to a PIANO HINGE? It's like they *want* little bits of meat and veg to find their way into the joints and foul up the whole thing. It might be marketed as a cutting board, but under no circumstances would I actually use it as a cutting board.
