Guys, don't confuse this with the MDR-1000X. The MDR-100 is the far inferior version which actually costs less than $180 on Amazon. It's the MDR-1000X that costs $350 (and is worth every cent).

YirgCalling them inferior is kind of misleading. Maybe some people are extra picky and would prefer the more expensive ones but compared to the similar Bose offering I think they are better for the money.
