I've changed my mind about these watches since the last time they dropped.
Going forward--I'm boycotting anything and anyone that contributes to deforestation in any way. I encourage you to watch Michael Moore's* latest film "Planet of The Humans" to learn why you should too.

You can watch the whole thing for free on Youtube:

*PS: Michael Moore produced the documentary, he doesn't appear in the film or add narration.
RayFWow! A genuine heartfelt public service announcement from RayF. And without the trademark sarcasm. Who knew? Where has this RayF been all these years? 😄
WatchyoutalkingaboutIn that case, buy the watch, enjoy a glass of Flint water, retire on a non-existent GM pension, come down with a serious illness and try to use a junk-health insurance plan and try to elect trump again next November.
PS: if being overweight, perspiring, and a pedaphile were disqualifiers, I guess you'd be a Biden man buy now?
RayFHey now, I’m talking about Moore not his movies. It’s possible to understand that he had points in his films that anyone who paid attention knew was true already, but still have no respect for him based on his personal (and alleged, as his money has shielded him so far). Michael Moore and Kevin Spcey have a lottttttt in common, and I’ll leave it up to everyone to do their own research and come up with their own opinion. That’s everyone’s right.
As for the next election, it’s just like Drop - all choices are terrible ones. The American people, on October 31st, need to grab our masks and toilet paper and go to our nearest government building, be it local state or federal. Every government agency has proven themselves completely incompetent. The only solution is that every elected and appointed (non elected) official should serve out their term(or a defined time period to train their replacements), and be barred from ever serving in any public office again by forcing them to pass the 28th amendment, stating such. Would lose the few good civil servants we have, but that would be outweighed by getting people with degrees in science (actual bachelor of science, master of science) into positions we actually need them in.
political and film rants over, I still hate this quartz monstrosity for $100.

TwentySixAndAs a man of science, I’m able to separate and recognize the salient points of the films while still condemning the personal actions of a man who has a lottttt in common with Kevin Spacey and a lot of Hollywood (Epstein, Weinberg, Gunn).
Feel free to do your own research on him and draw your own conclusions. Michael Moore is a disgusting creature.
WatchyoutalkingaboutAgree about education, unfortunately most politicians have law degrees, and most scientists don’t care to become politicians. Electing someone with no political experience didn’t work out well either. The problem seems to be the uneducated electorate.

RayFAs of right now, I’d be able to substantiate those claims against Moore as much as one could against the aforementioned Epstein, Weinstein, Spacey, Gunn, or Bryan Singer - which is to say that with this class of moneyed ‘elite’, there’s nothing to prove until all of sudden there’s a whole heck of a lot to prove. It’s information that widely circulates but in only very certain places - mainly industry forums. The same forums that said Ellen Degenerrs was actually insufferable in real life, or that Amber Heard was a perjuring psycho. Are they all true? Of course not. But do I believe the ones against him? I most certainly do.
Again, I have no problems recognizing the truth in his ideas - be it our crumbling infrastructure, corrupt and convuluted governement, or our wasteful and incompetent health care system (ask yourself, when has a rep from your insurance company ever provided a medical service to you? What benefit at all do they provide?). Being able to acknowledge the ideas of someone while also thinking they’re awful is a necessity for intelligent thought and discourse.
And again, the watch is terrible. You could make it from bamboo, one of the most environmentally friendly materials there is, and it would still be junk.
RayFAll I can offer is what I laid out. Was anyone able to substantiate anything against Epstein, Weinstein, Madoff, Spacey et al? No, as their money and status are unfortunately a layer of protection in today’s society.
Were there rumors, whispers, and innuendo about all of them? Yes.
I’m not going to point you towards to random internet sites and message boards the same way I wouldn’t point you towards Fox News or CNN. I’d trust that after having many ball busting swaps on here, that you’re a smart enough fellow to do your own investigating and draw your own conclusions. If you agree, great. If you don’t, we still have a bunch of watches we can dump on together.
But again, separating the man from his ideas - look into his history. He raises valid and true points in his films, but I think you’ll find that Michael Moore is indeed just like this watch - garbage.
WatchyoutalkingaboutAs I’ve grown older, I’ve learned not to confuse the artist with the art. Meanwhile, facts matter; innuendo is always just innuendo.
