Evan.TThe PM2 is very popular with EDC folks. I have a PM2 and a regular Lionspy, but choose the Lionspy over the PM2.
I prefer hefty knives with Titanium framelocks, though. I also am only getting used to the PM2's compression lock.
The PM2 is purpose built and efficient and you certainly can't go wrong. The Lil Lionspy is certainly a fantastic design, but some of its features stray away from the raw efficiency of a knife like the PM2.
The blade of the PM2 is a thin and awesome slicer, while the Lil Lionspy is thicker and with a convex edge it will still very well but not quite is well as the PM2.

Evan.TI don't own a Lionspy but I do own a PM2. I don't see how any knife of that size can, objectively and functionally, be better and a better value. Other knives look cooler (like the Lionspy), or are made out of fancier materials (carbon fiber, titanium) or more en vogue locks (Axis, frame locks), trick features (integral construction, flipper tabs, ball bearing pivots) but when it comes to a knife in your hand, slicing things up, doing knife-y things, the Paramilitary rules them all. Factor in its ~$120 and you've got a grand slam or whatever the big one in baseball is called.
