This is a decent mouse for starting out and great for the price, but I started with a logitech g500 and I would highly recommend that over this any day this mouse has a weird shape that fits ok also the scroll wheel doesn't always click completely so during some fps games it may click and switch weapons. Other than those few issues this a great mouse that also has a rubber piece that comes out that you can get a 3d printed replacement that says whatever you want and the info for that is on the steelseries website.

SteelSeries on the other hand, makes a big deal about supporting the Mac, saying ""Mac OS X users aren’t treated like second-rate citizens.
